If you are an eir Vision customer and wish to view eir Movies on your TV, click on the 'eir Movies' tile on the main menu, accept the Terms and Conditions, select your film and enter your 4 digit PIN.† Your film will then appear in My Rentals and then you can start viewing.
If you are an eir Vision customer and wish to view on other screens (e.g. a mobile or a tablet), or you are an eir Fibre customer who does not subscribe to eir Vision, you need to register on My eir.
You will need to provide the following information to register:
eir account number
eir Fibre number
Remember to click on the link in the email to activate your My eir account. If you havenít received an email, check your spam or junk mail folder.
No, you cannot watch a film on the website or mobile device without first registering on My eir. Please visit My eir to register. If you are already registered on My eir you can access the service on the website and mobile devices.
Please contact our Technical Support Team on 1890 260 260 and they will suspend your eir Movies account on your request. Please note if you suspend your account you won't be able to watch any of the films you have rented or rent new films.
To close your account, please contact the eir Technical Support Team on 1890 260 260. Please be aware that if you close your account it cannot be reinstated and you will not be able to watch any of the films you have rented.
