Online banking

Before going, register for our top up service using your credit/debit card by calling us on 1743. Once registered, you can top up anytime by text, online or even schedule a frequent top up. To top up by text simply free text 'Top up' followed by a space, the amount you want to top up by, then a space, then the last 4 digits of your registered credit/debit card. Example: 'Top up 10 1234' will top you up by €10

It costs 15c per call to call customer care.

Please note: If you make a call straight after sending the opt-in text message, before you have received your confirmation text, you will be charged. In some cases, this may reduce your credit below the amount required to activate the promotion.

• To check your remaining credit balance type *#100# into your phone and press the call button. 
• In order to check your remaining minutes, texts and/or data free text OFFER to 50104. We will text you back with your balance, along with details of the offer you are currently on and days remaining before you need to top up again to keep the offer active.
