Please find below information on how to return or a replace a phone or mobile broadband device that you have bought from us.

(with the exception of iPhone)
If you have a bought a mobile phone, mobile broadband device or accessory from us and would like to return it please follow the information below.
If you bought online or over the phone, you can return it within 14 days
If you have bought in-store, you can only return it for a full refund or exchange if there is a fault within the first 28 days.
In order to return your order within the first 14 days, you must meet the following requirements:
- A valid proof of purchase must be supplied
- The original packaging and accessories must be included
To return your order please call a member of our team on 1800 303 584.
You will need your original sales order number that you received at the time of purchase. We will send you out a prepaid envelope with everything you need to return your order to us, within 10 working days of receiving the prepaid envelope. If there is a fault with your phone, no matter where you bought it, you are entitled to a refund or exchange if you return your phone within 28 days.
If 28 days has passed and there is a problem with your phone you are entitled to a free repair (so long as you are within the manufacturers' warranty).
iPhone
All iPhone returns can be made within 28 days and must be sent to FonFix for Apple's inspection and replacement process. Please contact a member of our team on 1800 303 584 or go in-store and we will send it to Apple for repair or replacement.

It is free to get your iPhone repaired if it is within its 1 year warranty. If you are outside of your warranty there will be a charge.
You can check how long you have left on your warranty by visiting the Apple support page and entering the serial number of your iPhone.

Responsibility for any diminished value goods and services.
If you are returning goods after exercising your right to a cooling off period and the goods are found by eir to be damaged, you may be held liable for any reduction in the value of the phone/handset beyond that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
This reduction in value will be assessed by reference to the full market value of the goods, which will be displayed where the goods are offered for sale on the web site. The full market value is equivalent to the full pre-pay price that eir Mobile would charge for the handset in question as currently displayed on the web site. The charge for diminution will apply in the following circumstances:
- Goods damaged beyond repair/ failure to return the goods – charge of 100% of the value of the goods
- Goods visibly damaged but functioning, e.g. cracked or broke screen- charge of [30%] of the value of the goods
