Click here and follow the existing customer instructions on how to add eir Sport to your Sky box. You will need your My eir login details as well as your Sky viewing card number to hand to complete the signup journey. There's no connection fee or monthly charges for an eir Broadband/Sky TV customer.
Viewing is normally activated within minutes but you should allow up to 4 hours. To help get your signal activated as quickly as possible, please follow a few guidelines before we send the signal:
Make sure the viewing card is in the correct slot and Satellite viewing is restored. Do not remove the viewing card after signal has been sent (don't remove it at all unless specifically advised to do so)
Try to limit the number of channels changes (don't channel hop)
If you haven't yet registered on My eir, you can do so by clicking here or via the registration link within the signup process.
Please note that you'll need your account number and phone number to complete registration. These can be found on your order confirmation email or bill. If you are a standalone broadband customer (i.e. you do not have an eir home phone), please use your 888 broadband reference number in place of a phone number. This can be found on a recent bill or in the SMS that we sent you when the service was installed.
