Yes, simply log back in to My eir and select 'Paperless billing', 'Paperless billing OFF'. You will need to accept the terms and conditions and click submit. You will then start receiving your bill in the post.

After switching back on paper billing you will continue to be able to view and analyse your billing information online.

Simply login to My eir and choose an alternative email address. Please note that this will replace any other email address you may have registered with us previously.

Simply log in to My eir and select 'My Account', then 'My Bill' and 'Download PDF bill'. You may need to download a free PDF reader to view your bill.

You’ll need to talk to a member of the eir Care Team. The named contact will then have full access to your eir account.

 All of your old bills will remain available in My eir. Simply login using your existing email address and password.

Yes you can. Simply login to My eir and select 'Add an account' on the top left hand side of the screen. You can add several different accounts here and view them all online.
