Excess usage is charged at €2.03 per GB up to a maximum of €24.40 inc VAT per month. eir Fibre packages with an unlimited usage allowance are subject to a fair usage policy of 1TB per month. Usage in excess of 1TB will be charged at €2.50 inc VAT for every 10GB up to a maximum of €100 inc VAT per month.
Call charges apply outside of any free call allowance within your package or bundle. Call charges depend on the length of the call, and may depend on the day/time of day you make the call. Your Direct Debit was returned/unpaid by your bank. The charge relates to our bank charges and administration costs. You will have to contact your bank directly if you have a query on an unpaid Direct Debit.
eir does not apply call out charges for the repair of rented phone sets damaged by normal wear and tear. In addition, there is no call out charge for the maintenance of all wiring up to and including the master socket.
In all other cases call out charges will apply and these are as listed below.

Customer service residential line - Emergency Residential Call-out charge €100.00 to attend to fault outside of normal hours.

€230.00 visit charge. Inspection of non-eir Customer Premises Equipment (CPE). Fault is localised into third party. No work done.+ €50.00 per half hour threafter

€100.00 visit charge. (includes first half hour). For payphones visit charge covers reprogramming of up to 5 units co-located on a single site even if time exceeds initial half hour. €50.00 per half hour, reprogramming of payphones and other CPE if already on site for other work reasons.

You’ve added a service and it is now showing on your monthly bill. There will be Part Period charges on your bill to cover usage from the date you requested the service and when you were given your full bundle amount on your next bill

You can complete the Moving Home online form and we will contact you within 2 working days to confirm when your current services will cease and when your new services will activate. Please note that Broadband service at your new address is subject to availability.
