If you have blocked a PIN which you use for extra security on your phone - e.g. to access text messages - you will need to contact the manufacturer of your handset.

If you have blocked the code your phone requests when you switch it on please follow the steps below:

Your PUK and original PIN code will be on your original SIM pack. If you do not have this, and you receive one bill for all of your services (for example - you have your mobile and broadband service on one bill) you will need to login to My eir to retrieve your PUK code.  Note - If your SIM card has changed since you availed of a bundled offering with us, your PUK code will not be up to date in My eir. You will need to retrieve your PUK code from the replacement SIM pack you received when changing your SIM. If you do not have this you will need to call into one of our stores to get a SIM change.

If in addition to your eir bill, you receive a separate bill for your mobile service from eir Mobile, you will need to login to My eir Mobile to retrieve your PUK.
